Shipping:
This item must be shipped via White Glove freight only (due to size, weight and packaging), unless a local delivery or pick-up is chosen.
We will group multiple items when possible, and will contact you within 7 days of your order to select your preferred shipping option & bill you at that time for the shipping portion. Upholstered Goods require 2-4 weeks and Case Goods/Wood Products requires 3-6 weeks, but we will always do our best to ship early if possible.
White Glove shipping is deliveries placed inside your home (up to two flights of stairs), unpacking & debris removal.
Please insure proper clearance when ordering our products. Make sure there is access through door, entries, stairwells, elevators, etc. We are not responsible for clearance issues and cannot accept returns. Thank You.
